I'm Alex Callard. I am an Executive, Leadership and Performance Coach with more than twenty years of experience in the tech industry as an engineer, manager and senior leader.

I have coached and developed teams and individuals throughout my career, supporting individuals at all levels and career stages, helping teams to achieve the greatest performance - from formation, through difficult transitions and on to scalable growth.

My experiences have brought me to start-ups, scale-ups and long established companies across different sectors.

In support of coaching people, I've worked with senior leaders to design organisations, processes and policies that bring structure and clarity - creating cultures where everyone can perform at their best and feel truly passionate about their work.
